Trans Resister Radio's very first guest was Melissa Karnaze of MindfulConstruct.com. In this show we talked about Mindful Construct, and how it is dedicated to helping individuals find ways to empower themselves. MC points out that we live in a "matrix" of control that actually convinces us that we are inherently flawed, and that we cannot trust ourselves. By analyzing our own toxic belief systems we can mindfully change them, and improve our own life.
